GPS Mapping
INFRACTIV’S MAPPING TOOL is an easy to use, customized field-ready mapping application designed specifically for watermain failure tracking. Simply login using your credentials and follow the intuitive prompts to begin recording failure events. The app also features seamless integration with your water system’s ESRI Geographic Information System (GIS) database, resulting in improved accuracy, in-field quality control and cloud-based data collection and management.
The app is iOS and Android compatible and utilizes the latest GPS technology, which can be accessed both online and offline. Integrating GPS spatial data with your water system’s Infractiv DLM enables Infractiv to leverage real-time information to continuously enhance your system’s resiliency.
Infractiv will provide your utility with your specified number of licenses so your field crews, water system operators and managers can do away with the antiquated paper based approach and make data collection streamlined, intuitive and precise.
Data Management
INFRACTIV ’S DATA MANAGEMENT TOOL converts textual location data of your water system’s break history into coordinates, which can be accurately represented in GIS.
Infractiv will review and arrange the data to ensure it is logical and correctly formatted for geocoding. Once geocoded, the resulting coordinates are integrated into GIS as points or spatial features and used for spatial analysis and mapping. Leveraging the Data Management Tool to train your water system’s Infractiv DLM is the launching point to your water system’s Dynamic Strategic Plan.
Data management also allows for an initial visual overview, making it easier to understand asset failure distribution and relationships within the system. Additionally, integrating asset failures with GIS provides accurate documentation, readily available for download.
Failure Modeling
INFRACTIV ’S DEEP LEARNING MODEL (DLM) TOOL takes a comprehensive approach by consolidating data collection, model development and validation-integration into operational workflows.
Utilizing integrated data analysis, the Infractiv DLM aggregates data from various sources (e.g. water system pipe data, break data and environmental characteristics) to assess risks associated with asset failure or degradation. The Infractiv DLM first initiates a data mining operation to un earth relevant attributes from the available data followed by a deep-learning based neural network to make predictions about time to failure and time to next failure, for any given pipe segment in your water system. Harnessing a state-of-the-art deep learning approach, the Infractiv DLM leverages transfer learning for enhanced prediction accuracy through utilization of pre-trained models, while continually learning from new incoming data. The Infractiv DLM Tool provides your water system with critical near-term and long-term insights to enhance resilience, reduce potential disruptions to operations and ultimately improve your system’s overall performance and sustainability.
