About Us

Infractiv was founded on a simple but powerful idea: that water utilities deserve better tools, smarter data and partners who understand the complexity of public infrastructure. We work hand-in-hand with agencies to modernize how they track, assess and invest in their systems, not just once, but continuously.

With deep roots in the public sector, we know the operational and institutional challenges that water agencies face. That is why we built a suite of services designed specifically for public utilities, from GPS-based failure tracking, to using advanced machine learning models to forecast pipeline risk and streamline regulatory compliance.

Our approach is unique in that it does not stop at providing software or static reports. We offer dynamic, evolving insights tailored to your utility’s needs and we pride ourselves on being an extension of your team.

Whether you are a small city with limited resources or a regional wholesaler looking to lead a coordinated effort, our goal is to support you in building a more resilient and sustainable water future, one that works for both today and tomorrow.

One Drop at a Time!

Harris Siddiqui - Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding Infractiv, Harris Siddiqui spent his career working within public water agencies, helping plan, manage and protect the infrastructure communities rely on every day. Through that experience, he saw the same challenges repeatedly limit progress: outdated systems, siloed data, reactive operations and constrained budgets.

Infractiv was founded to provide a more proactive and data-driven path forward by combining real-world utility experience, practical engineering expertise and modern technology. Harris is passionate about helping water agencies move beyond short-term fixes toward smarter infrastructure management, improved reliability and long-term system resilience.

Harris earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San José State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California.

About Infractive

J. Bryan Curtis – Chief Technology Officer

J. Bryan Curtis has a unique combination of experience spanning water utility operations, data science, software development and applied research. Having worked directly within public water systems, Bryan understands firsthand the operational, financial and infrastructure challenges agencies face every day. Combined with his technical and analytical background, that experience allows him to bridge the gap between complex data systems and practical utility decision-making.

As Chief Technology Officer, Bryan leads the development of Infractiv’s predictive modeling and decision-support platform, overseeing the analytics, architecture and data systems that power the company’s technology. His work focuses on building defensible, scalable tools utilities can confidently rely on to support critical operational and capital planning decisions.

Bryan previously served as a Senior Research Associate at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and conducted graduate research at University of Colorado Boulder focused on Bayesian machine-learning models and hydrology.

Guided by Experience

Our work is strengthened by the guidance of seasoned leaders who have built, scaled, and transformed organizations across industries. Their perspective ensures our solutions remain both innovative and grounded in real-world experience.

Dave Bennett

Dave Bennett has brought more than four decades of leadership and innovation to the civil engineering sector. As Founding Partner and CEO of ECO:LOGIC Engineering, Dave built a 130-person consulting firm dedicated to delivering lasting value to utility systems across California and Nevada. That reputation for excellence and expertise ultimately led to ECO:LOGIC’s acquisition by Stantec, where Dave continued his impact as a Vice President, guiding integrated water, wastewater and stormwater programs.

Now retired from executive roles but “not exactly retired”, Dave has turned his focus to sharing the lessons of a career spent at the intersection of engineering, leadership and innovation. Through his Good News Friday Newsletter, Dave offers candid insights and practical wisdom that challenges engineers and organizations to think bigger and deliver better.

For Infractiv, Dave’s blend of entrepreneurial vision, executive leadership and deep technical knowledge is invaluable. His ability to see both the business and engineering sides of water infrastructure helps guide our strategy as we work to bridge the technology gap in the sector. Having someone with Dave’s perspective ensures we stay grounded in the realities of the industry while pushing forward with innovative solutions.

Chris Sporck

Chris Sporck is a seasoned semiconductor executive and active investor with a strong focus on early-stage startups. Throughout his career, Chris has held pivotal roles, including at Summit Microelectronics (acquired by Qualcomm), where he advanced battery charger technology. At Qualcomm, Chris led the PMIC systems engineering group, guiding the team in developing innovative power management solutions. He now oversees the battery management product line at Monolithic Power Systems and is the inventor on more than 20 U.S. patents.

Beyond his executive career, Chris has backed more than 30 startups as an angel investor, achieving multiple successful exits. He brings founders strategic guidance, technical depth and access to an expansive professional network. He is deeply committed to “paying it forward” by helping entrepreneurs refine their products and connect with both investors and customers.

Although Chris’ background lies outside the water sector, that is precisely what makes his perspective valuable to Infractiv. Free from the assumptions that often shape industry thinking, Chris offers fresh insight, cross-industry experience and the disciplined perspective of an investor. These perspectives strengthen the way we scale, innovate and position the company for long-term success.
